Once you have subscribed to a Professional or Intermediate plan, you can submit an unlimited number of requests to our Support team. The time span for each task is limited to 30 minutes.

However, we don’t impose any restrictions on the number of 30-minute tasks you can request on a monthly basis.

Please keep in mind that if you’re looking for a partner you can force to make any kind of edits you wish by asking for outside-of-scope changes, our Wp Cribs packages are not for you!

What kind of work is not included: custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc.), updating custom code, building out a new website or subdomain from scratch. Our hourly work custom code offer can cover such projects, but only if our schedule allows us to take extra work.

Our team of professionals will handle every request that is included in the unlimited edits plan, with a limit of 30 minutes a day for each task.

Help Desk Support does not manage tasks related to installing new plugins, updating custom theme code, custom development or graphic design such as building a new landing page, new form, or new website.

For Example:

Task included: a request to change an existing image with a new one.
Not included: a request to design a new graphic to put on your website.

Task included: a request to add a new field to your search form.
Not included: a request for us to design a new search form that is not included.

We strive to address all support requests within 4 business hours in our timezone and to finalize all Help Desk Support tasks within 8 business hours or less. Over 30-minute tasks are usually completed within 24 business hours.

You will receive email notifications instantly if your website is down, but to manage solving downtimes caused by server end, we recommend to choose a WordPress – specific hosting provider that offers advanced technical support 24/7.
